Creation of GSMCLOUD devices

The account is free, but it requires linking a credit card within 30 days to remain active. 

Sales are limited to businesses only. 

It is only possible to create an account as a corporate customer, i.e., with a VAT registration number (CVR). The only exception is in Denmark, where individuals can also create an account. 

How to create an account: 

1. Create an account on gsmcloud.dk by selecting the "Register" option in the menu and enter your name, email, and desired password.
2. Fill in details such as name, address, country, VAT number, and company name. 
3. Select "Login" and use your email and password. 

How to link a credit card: 

1. Press the Profile Settings icon at the top right of the page. 
2. Choose the "Billing" option and click on "Add payment method" under the "Payment methods" section.
3. Enter the cardholder's name and card number. Finish by clicking "Save."

Invoice 

Automatic billing occurs every month on the calendar day when you first linked a credit card. An invoice is generated, specifying the number of active devices during the period and the consumption of SMS and phone calls. 

Subscription fees are only charged for the full days that devices have been active. The calculation is made daily at 24:00. If you have multiple devices, you only pay for the full days each device has been associated with the account. If a device is deleted from the account, the subscription automatically stops for that particular device.

Account Deletion 

If no devices are associated with an account, it is free. If you wish to have your account deleted along with your data, you should write to: mail@gsmcloud.com, after which, you will be contacted and verified before the data is removed. 

Deletion of credit card 

There must always be at least one valid credit card associated. If you wish to delete the only remaining credit card, you should write to: mail@gsmcloud.com, after which, you will be contacted and verified before the credit card is removed. Any remaining balance on the account will be settled during this process. 

Log Statistics 

We use log statistics on gsmcloud.com and gsmcloud.dk, which means that a statistical system collects information that can provide a statistical overview of the number of visitors, their origin, and where on the website they exit, etc. Log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimizing gsmcloud.com and gsmcloud.dk.

Right to Complain

Privacy Policy 

Through your agreement with gsmcloud.com v/GSM Teknik ApS, personal information about you is collected. Our guidelines are prepared in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, which came into effect in Denmark on May 25, 2018, and the new Danish Data Protection Act (hereinafter "applicable legislation"). When creating an account, we request your name and email address. We record and disclose the personal information necessary to deliver the product and/or service to you. During the ongoing contractual relationship, the information we have collected about you is stored in our IT system, after which the personal data is archived. 

The personal information is registered with GSM Teknik ApS and is stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. Additionally, we collaborate with several other companies that store and process data. These companies process information solely on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. We only collaborate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide sufficient protection for your information. The data controller at gsmteknik.dk is GSM Teknik ApS. 

As a customer of GSM Teknik ApS, you have the right to receive confirmation of whether personal data concerning you is being processed, and if so, to access that information. You also have the right to request the receipt of personal data about yourself that you have provided to GSM Teknik ApS (data portability). You are entitled to object to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to have incorrect personal data about yourself corrected by GSM Teknik ApS without undue delay. You have the right to have personal data about yourself deleted by GSM Teknik ApS without undue delay if GSM Teknik ApS no longer has a legitimate interest in retaining your personal data. Please note that if GSM Teknik ApS is legally obligated to retain the information according to applicable law, you cannot demand the deletion of your personal data. 

We reserve the right to update and change these guidelines for the processing of personal information. If the guidelines are changed, the "last updated" date at the bottom of the page will be amended. These guidelines are evaluated and, if necessary, revised annually.
