When the protocol is ready, compatible devices can be migrated to LiveLINK without the need for physical replacement of the device.

OTA - controlled and reliable software update

Our OTA solution (Over-The-Air) Ensure that devices are continuously maintained Up-to-date, stable and operational through controlled software updates.

Firmware and software updates are centralised and deployed directly to devices without the need for physical access. This ensures that devices automatically receive Critical updates, improvements and new features, while maintaining operations.

OTA is developed with a focus on Stability, continuity and professional operation and reduces the need for manual maintenance. The solution contributes to consistent software versioning and high reliability across installations.

High-performance CPU architecture

The product is based on a Leading MCU platform from Espressif, built on Xtensa LX7 CPU architecture, designed for high performance, fast execution and stable operation in professional and industrial solutions.

The architecture enables Fast system response and efficient handling of concurrent tasks, which ensures predictable operation in applications with high demands on response time and continuous operation. The platform provides the necessary capacity for advanced firmware, intelligent communication and future expansion.

The product is designed with a focus on Reliability, longevity and professional use and is suitable for demanding installations where performance and stability are crucial.

LegacyLINK – Tried and tested and stable communication protocol

LegacyLINK is our thoroughly tested communication protocol, which has been a central part of the GSMCloud platform since 2020. The protocol has been developed with a focus on Stabilne dryfowanie, simple communication and long lifespan in professional installations.

With LegacyLINK, the device sends a data packet to GSMCloud and subsequently receives a reply back. This form of communication provides a Robust and predictable data exchange, where the unit works stably in the field, while Intelligence, configuration, and management are handled centrally in the cloud.

The communication interval can typically be adapted from every 10 seconds up to 1440 minutes, depending on the needs of the individual solution. This makes LegacyLINK suitable for both monitoring, status reporting, and control tasks, where Driftssikkerhed, flexibility and High complexity are important requirements.

LegacyLINK is an important part of the foundation behind GSMCloud and is still used in many products and installations, where tried and tested technology, stable communication and Long-term operation are central elements. NB-IoT – Stable IoT communication for professional controls

NB-IoT is an efficient communication technology for professional IoT controls, where Low power consumption, Stable connection and reliable data transfer is crucial.

The technology is based on a Narrowband LTE standard, developed for IoT devices that need to send small amounts of data securely and efficiently over the mobile network. This makes NB-IoT particularly suitable for solutions where the device needs to operate stably in the field for a long time.

With NB-IoT, our IoT controllers get a Robust mobile connection, which is suitable for monitoring, measurement data, alarm management and control tasks – also on installations without a traditional internet connection.

Built-in buzzer with 80 dB acoustic alarm

The unit has a built-in buzzer which provides a clear acoustic alarm of up to 80 dB directly from the unit. This makes it easy to detect water leaks or other critical events locally – even before the message is received via SMS, call or email.

The buzzer can be freely programmed via our flow, so you decide when and how the alarm should be activated. For example, it can be used for water detection, technical errors, delayed alarms, or as a local warning in combination with remote alarming.
